(More customer reviews)I got this band in hopes of shrinking my tummy after my third child. The sizing seems a bit difficult to me. I was a size 12 pants prior to pregnancy, gained 24 lbs and had lost all 24 in the first week. I bought a size Medium and it fits perfectly. It does work to help shrink your belly, but I had problems with it folding over and scrunching up in the middle. It does not wear well under clothes as you can see where the band over laps and velcros. I only wore it a few hours a day and was back into my prepregnancy pants 2 weeks after delivery, faster than with my other pregnancies.
