(More customer reviews)I bought this item based on a recommendation from the NP at my OB's office. I told her that I had lower back pain and she highly recommended the belly bra. It helped initially, but now that the lower back pain has turned into sciatica, the bellybra really doesn't help with the sciatic pain.
Other +: it takes some pressure off of the bladder
Other -: should straps are really wide and the v-neck is
really high; i can't even wear it under a "conservative" v-neck t-shirt without it peeping out from underneath. It would be nice if they made a version with spaghetti type straps.
If you want to simply relieve uncomplicated low back pain, I would recommend it. It is definitely not for sciatica.
