(More customer reviews)I think this is much better than any velcro belt you will buy at the local baby store. It does have a nice, secure, tight feeling around your back and under your belly. I'm a nurse, so on my 8th hour of work, it was very nice to feel that the belt was tight and not my back. My only complaint would be that it does role up on the bottom a little but if you position your pants right, it's not as bad.
