I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I had hoped for support in a place a little lower, but that is an individual problem. Also, it takes a few wearings to figure out the best position of the (very well adjustable) velcros since too tight unfortunately does not mean better support but cramps and backache instead. But after I worked it out it does help me stand or walk longer without back- and belly pains, especially now in the last few weeks!
