(More customer reviews)I bought a pair of Citizen maternity jeans when I was about 10 weeks because I LOVE my non-maternity Citizens. They are very stylish and don't look like your typical pregnancy clothes. The jeans were extremely comfortable up until about the last 2 months of my pregnancy (I have about 3 weeks left now). I have gained the average amount of weight for a normal pregnancy. The part that doesn't fit is where the denim meets the belly band . . . the seam cuts into my hips. In addition, I can't pull the belly part up over my stomach because it isn't long enough, so it cuts into the middle of my stomach and is extremely uncomfortable for me and I imagine the baby. So, I have to push it down under my belly which then gives my the dreaded "muffin top" appearance even though I'm not really overweight or look pregnant other than my belly. I do have a pair of pants from "A Pea In The Pod" with their secret fit belly (not Citizens of Humanity), and they are still comfortable! I see that Citizens of Humanity have jeans at that store with the Secret Fit Belly instead of the nylon/spandex band that mine have. I would recommend trying those. The band will go all the way up over your belly throughout your entire pregnancy if it is the same material as the pants that I own from that store. Overall, I am pleased with the jeans I bought as I have worn them literally everyday since I bought them, and they are still in great condition. However, next time I would try the pair from "A Pea In The Pod" with the Secret Fit Belly.
