(More customer reviews)This product is terry cloth with a mesh liner. The mesh liner can be uncomfortable if you are sensitive or not wearing lanolin. However, the pads are very effective. They never leak. They are excellent for nighttime use or for use under a lined or padded nursing bra. Otherwise, they are a bit thick for use in an unlined bra under a thin shirt.
