I like the feel of the fabric on the outside (soft, like suede) and the inside isn't rough against baby's skin. Be aware that this cover only goes around your front; it's cut like an apron that you wear really high around your neck. It is a little awkward (for me at least) to see baby underneath when trying to latch.
